As the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) prepares for the 2026 season, teams have begun reshaping their rosters through signings and releases ahead of the All-Filipino Conference. While some clubs opted for aggressive recruitment, others allowed key players to test free agency as they recalibrated their line-ups.
Below is a team-by-team breakdown of confirmed player movement and unsigned players, based on official PVL records.
Choco Mucho Flying Titans
Choco Mucho emerged as one of the most active teams in the PVL’s offseason, reinforcing its roster with multiple key additions.
The Flying Titans secured the services of Eya Laure, Alina Bicar, Caitlyn Bicar, and Jaila Atienza, giving the team added depth on both ends of the floor.
Laure returned to the PVL wearing a new uniform after parting ways with the Chery Tiggo Crossovers on November 4, 2024. Her signing is expected to provide an immediate boost to Choco Mucho’s offense.
Strong Group Athletics
Strong Group Athletics (SGA), which manages the Farm Fresh Foxies and Zus Coffee Thunderbelles, was also active following the dissolution of the Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers.
SGA signed Imee Hernandez, Seth Rodriguez, Renee Penafiel, Cess Robles, and Karen Verdeflor to bolster its player pool.
The group also acquired former Choco Mucho players Royse Tubino and Bia General, along with veteran standouts Chie Saet and Rem Palma, both formerly of the Petro Gazz Angels. Where these newly signed players will be assigned—they could be playing for either Farm Fresh or Zus Coffee—has not been announced as of press time.
PLDT High Speed Hitters
PLDT has so far made one confirmed addition, signing Seth Rodriguez from the now-defunct Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers.
The move adds depth to the High Speed Hitters’ roster as they prepare for the upcoming conference.
PVL Free Agents and Unsigned Players
As of this writing, several players remain without teams, keeping the free-agent market active ahead of the 2026 season.
The Akari Chargers released Camille Victoria, while the Capital1 Solar Spikers parted ways with Syd Niegos.
A number of former Chery Tiggo EV Crossovers players have yet to announce their next destination, including Shaya Adorador, Joyme Cagande, Reyann Cañete, Cza Carandang, Mary Rhose Dapol, Erika Jin Deloria, Ara Galang, Pauline Gaston, Aby Maraño, Jasmine Nabor, Jennifer Nierva, Anngela Nunag, Mylene Paat, and Risa Sato.
Choco Mucho also released middle blockers Cherry Nunag and Aduke Ogunsanya, while Judith Abil parted ways with the Cignal HD Spikers.
Meanwhile, the Creamline Cool Smashers moved on from long-time players Rizza Mandapat and Pau Soriano, along with Michelle Morente and Mafe Galanza.
Julia Angeles of the Zus Coffee Thunderbelles is also currently listed as a free agent.
