It has been another interesting week for season-long NBA fantasy players, and we’re here to lend a hand by sharing our Waiver Wire pickups for Week 4.
Trendon Watford, PHI, PF/C
The Philadelphia 76ers’ big man turned heads with his triple-double outing versus the Toronto Raptors on Nov. 9, and, unsurprisingly, many are rushing to grab him in their respective leagues. One thing to note, though. Philly will only have 2 games this week, and there is a belief that Paul George will return either this week or next week, so weigh your options wisely.
Anthony Black, ORL, PG/SG
As for those looking for a reliable combo guard, Anthony Black might be worth your consideration. The Orlando Magic has been starting Jalen Suggs throughout this season, though he remains on a minutes restriction due to an offseason knee injury. Despite coming off the bench, Black has been averaging more minutes than Suggs and has been supremely productive so far. Consider picking him up before Week 3 ends as the Magic have 4 games in Week 4.
AJ Green, MIL, PG/SG
Averaging about 28 minutes per game, Green has been a key piece for Milwaukee’s strategy of surrounding their star player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, with shooters this season. While you shouldn’t expect him to contribute in other categories, the fourth-year man out of Northern Iowa is your guy when it comes to points and 3-pointers made.
