The Atlanta Hawks ended Week 12 with a 3 Game Winning Streak and with an upcoming 4-game week they will try to carry over their momentum to slowly climb up the standings especially now that Jalen Johnson is already playing.
On the other hand, The Western Conference is getting tighter and tighter every week. Teams from #5 to #12 in the standings only have a 2 to 5 game difference to overtake each other. Unfortunately for Wembanyama and the Spurs, they only got 2 Games this week so their chances to at least enter the Play-in Tournament is slowly slipping away as we move towards the end of the regular season.
As, always Here are the Top Things you need to know about Week 13:
- There are 2 Teams with only 2 Games this Week: SAS and IND
Both will play each other in the second half of the week
- There are 10 Teams with 4 games, namely:
ATL, BOS, CHA, CLE, DAL, GSW, LAC, MEM, NOP, POR
- The Portland Blazers have the best streaming schedule since they will mostly play during low game days which include Sunday where there is only 1 game
- The rest of the league will just play 3 games
- Watch out for specific players that have B2B games in their schedule this week as they might end up sitting one of those games which means adding their backups could make a difference:
- Mon/Tues – Karl Anthony Towns
- Tues/Wed – Ben Simmons, D’Angelo Russell
- Wed/Thu – Jalen Johnson, Kristaps Porzingis, Kawhi Leonard, Khris Middleton
- Thu/Fri – DeAndre Ayton
- Fri/Sat – LaMelo Ball, Mark Williams, Ja Morant, Paul George
- Sat/Sun – N/A
- Here are the players that should be available in your FA pool that you should ADD this week:
- BOS – Luke Kornet
- CHA – Nick Smith Jr.
- MEM – Scotty Pippen Jr.
- MIA – Kel’El Ware
- POR – Robert Williams
