The Minnesota Timberwolves (47-33) turned the game around with a third-quarter onslaught and secured a decisive 141-125 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies (47-33) on April 11.

Memphis Grizzlies Top Performers:

Desmond Bane 28 PTS | 6 REB | 9 AST | 51.7 FPS

Bane delivered another strong offensive performance today, complementing it with solid rebounding and playmaking. He’s been in great form recently, posting two games around the 50-fantasy-point mark and two more around 40. He’s been a very dependable fantasy option this season and should keep the momentum rolling in their final two games if they want to avoid the play-in tournament.

Ja Morant 36 PTS | 6 AST | 1 STL | 44.2 FPS

Morant has been stellar since returning from his hamstring injury, scoring at least 28 points in each of his last five games. He’s complemented his scoring with steady playmaking, though his rebounding was quieter in this matchup. Still it wasn’t enough to carry them, as they surrendered a franchise-record 119 points through three quarters—including a 52-point explosion in the third.  Frustrated after the loss, Morant didn’t hold back on his message to his team: “Play some (expletive) defense and go get a win.” The defeat dropped them to the 7th seed, tying them with the Timberwolves and Warriors in a tight playoff race. With two tough matchups against playoff-bound opponents left, the margin for error is slim.

Jaren Jackson Jr. 23 PTS | 2 REB | 1 STL | 29.7 FPS

Jackson delivered an offensive spark, but offered little in other areas. He hasn’t looked like his usual self lately, posting underwhelming numbers in three of his last four outings. But he should be able to build on this performance and reach 35 or more fantasy points in their remaining games.

Scottie Pippen Jr. 16 PTS | 3 REB | 4 AST | 26.6 FPS

Pippen has carved out a larger role in the rotation this month, backing it up with efficient scoring and steady all-around production across five games. If he continues to hold this role, he projects as a reliable option for around 25 fantasy points at the PG spot.

Santi Aldama 5 PTS | 4 REB | 5 AST | 16.3 FPS

Santi has struggled to produce lately, scoring 11 points or fewer in each of his last four games with only modest contributions across other categories. While he remains a key part of the rotation, his output is likely to stay flat with a tough slate of matchups ahead.

Minnesota Timberwolves Top Performers:

Anthony Edwards 44 PTS | 5 REB | 3 AST | 55.5 FPS

Edwards put on a show, erupting for his eighth 40-point game of the season. He was especially unstoppable in the third quarter, pouring in 18 points and helping the team set a new franchise record for the most points in a single quarter. He was also remarkably efficient, shooting nearly 70% from the field and knocking down 7 three-pointers–solidifying his place at the top spot for the most three-pointers made this season. But it’s not just scoring—he’s also been impressive across the board, averaging strong numbers in rebounds and assists, while recording at least one block and one steal in four straight games. With his team still battling to avoid the play-in tournament, expect him to keep delivering big numbers down the stretch.

Julius Randle 31 PTS | 10 REB | 5 AST | 51.5 FPS

Randle got his groove back today, shooting an efficient 60% from the floor and 50% from three-point range and without needing free-throws to notch his third 30-point performance this year. He’s been a bit streaky in recent weeks but his consistent rebounding and playmaking have kept his fantasy output respectable. With a pair of favorable matchups to end their season, he should keep on dominating for at least 40 fantasy points.

Mike Conley 8 PTS | 9 AST | 1 BLK | 27.9 FPS

Conley turned in a strong performance today, posting a well-rounded stat line and coming close to a double-double. However, his ongoing offensive struggles and inconsistent defensive contributions continue to cap his overall output. It’s also worth noting that he’s not expected to deliver high-end production at this stage in his career. Despite that, he remains a steady presence and should be good for around 20 fantasy points in each of the team’s final games.

Rudy Gobert 13 PTS | 8 REB | 4 AST | 27.6 FPS

Gobert hasn’t been the same in his last two games following a string of dominant performances since late March. However, with favorable matchups in the last two games, 35 fantasy points is within reach.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker 10 PTS | 5 REB | 1 STL | 22.0 FPS

NAW remains a key part of the rotation off the bench, but his limited role continues to hold back his fantasy output. With the team still battling for a better playoff position, that role is unlikely to change, meaning his production may not see much movement in the remaining games.

Biggest Disappointment of the Game:

Zach Edey 7 PTS | 9 REB | 1 BLK

Edey has been on a tear to start the month, averaging 10.3 points, 17.3 rebounds, and contributing steadily on defense with blocks. Though not as dominant as before and with his offensive game still inconsistent, he still ended with a useful contribution. However, with a pair of tough matchups ahead, it will be challenging for him to surpass 25 fantasy points.
