Alex Eala has confirmed via Instagram story that she will participate in the upcoming 2025 MGM Macau Tennis Masters at Macau Forum in Macau from December 27 to 28.
One Last Serve to End 2025
The 20 year old tennis legend from the Philippines is currently at the top of her professional career ranking at No. 50.
With this, having her in the tournament will not only bring tough competition amongst opponents but also a huge wave of Filipino crowd supporting her. Despite the event not being exactly in the Philippine soil, many of her fans will surely travel to Macau just to watch her play one last time in 2025.
Among other participants are: Grand Slam champions Li Na and Conchita Martínez. As well as Mirra Andreeva, Shang Juncheng, Jack Draper, and Jakub Menšík.
All players will be selected by the two captains prior to the tournament.
SEA Games and MGM Macau Tennis Both in December
Alex Eala will certainly attract more fans in Southeast Asia as she plays in Bangkok, Thailand, for the 33rd Southeast Asia, and in Macau all in December 2025.
It was first reported last October 31 that Eala will suit up and represent the Philippines in the tennis tournament of the 33rd SEA Games scheduled from December 9 to 20.
These will be the last two tournaments Alex will participate in this 2025.
