NBA 2025-26 Fantasy Basketball Schedule Analysis: Week 24

Last week na mga Rebanse Peeps! We have officially reached that wild, unpredictable part of the calendar where your fantasy championship dreams are either realized or crushed by the dreaded DNP-Rest tag. With the finish line in sight, the schedule is your greatest ally and your worst enemy. This week is absolutely packed, with 26 teams hitting the hardwood four times. While that volume is tempting, we are entering the peak of Silly Season, where rotations get weirder, and stars start wearing hoodies on the bench. The real challenge isn’t just counting games; it’s identifying which rosters are actually motivated to play their starters.

Week 24: (April 6 to April 12)

  • 4 Games:
    • ATL, BOS, BKN, CHI, CLE, DAL, DEN, DET, GSW, HOU, IND, LAC, LAL, MEM, MIA, MIL, MIN, NYK, OKC, ORL, PHI, PHX, POR, SAS, TOR, WAS
  • 3 Games:
    • CHA, NOP, SAC, UTA

If you are hunting for a schedule that offers both volume and the right opportunities, look no further than the Cleveland Cavaliers. They draw a dream slate against the Grizzlies, two matchups with the Hawks, and a closer against the Wizards. However, savvy managers should prepare for potential rests. It is highly likely that James Harden, Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, or Jarrett Allen sit out at least one game, so keep a very close eye on that Sunday finale against Washington. This is the time to look at bench insurance; if the stars sit, someone has to soak up those shots.

The Chicago Bulls also have a golden opportunity to finish strong with two games against the Wizards, plus dates with the Magic and Mavericks. While a veteran like Josh Giddey might miss a turn to manage his legs, this is the prime environment for Matas Buzelis and Collin Sexton to explode. These are the league winner types who can carry a team when the elite stars are being preserved for the real-life playoffs.

On the flip side, some schedules are essentially traps. The Knicks face a gauntlet against the Hawks, Celtics, Raptors, and Hornets, making their week one of the least favorable in the league due to a mix of elite defenses and pesky spoilers. They aren’t alone in the red zone, as the Suns, Thunder, Magic, Celtics, and Pacers all face uphill battles. If you have a choice between a fringe starter on the Knicks and a hot free agent on the Spurs, go with the Silver and Black since San Antonio enjoys the massive advantage of playing all four of their games at home, eliminating the fatigue of travel, plus I am a biased, loyal Spurs fan – wink.

For the four teams playing just three games, the margin for error is razor-thin. The Utah Jazz are the lone bright spot here, but that is almost entirely due to a favorable matchup against a struggling Grizzlies defense. The Kings and Pelicans are safe but unspectacular, while the Hornets should be approached with extreme caution. Their closing stretch against the Celtics, Pistons, and Knicks is a nightmare for efficiency. In a week where every category counts, starting a Hornet might do more damage to your percentages than their counting stats are worth. Stay sharp, watch the wire, and let’s finish this season with a Big W!
