The Milwaukee Bucks (40-30) trailed for most of the game but stepped up in the second half and took down the  Sacramento Kings (35-35) with a 114-108 victory on March 23.

Milwaukee Bucks Top Performers:

Giannis Antetokounmpo 32 PTS | 17 REB | 3 AST | 60.9 FPS

Giannis has been managing a knee injury but has yet to miss a game this month. Despite a slow start in the first half, he exploded for 22 points in the third quarter, leading him to his fifth 30+ point game of the month. Not only has he been dominating as a scorer and rebounder, but his defense has been equally impressive. He’s recorded at least one block and one steal in six consecutive games.

Brook Lopez 21 PTS | 3 3PM | 1 BLK | 32.6 FPS

Lopez has been on point with his shooting lately, and with Lillard still unavailable, he shouldered more of the scoring load, delivering his third 20+ point effort in the past seven games. However, his inconsistent play in rebounding and shot-blocking remains a weakness.

Kyle Kuzma 14 PTS | 14 REB | 2 AST | 31.8 FPS

Kuzma just recorded his second and third 20-point outings since joining the team in his past two games. He couldn’t keep the momentum going today but made up for it with a more impactful performance, registering his third double-digit rebound game since the move. However, his production remains limited, typically relying on scoring and rebounding, which are often modest. Still, he may be worth holding, with the Bucks playing four games next week.

Kevin Porter Jr. 18 PTS | 3 REB | 6 AST | 28.6 FPS

Porter has made solid contributions in scoring and other areas during a recent three-game stretch. However, it’s been difficult for him to maintain that level over his last two games due to limited minutes. Nevertheless, he rebounded strongly today and was nearly unstoppable from the field, taking full advantage of Lillard’s absence.

Taurean Prince 15 PTS | 3 3PM | 2 STL | 27.2 FPS

Prince has a solid role as a starter, but his numbers are often too minimal to justify rostering him. However, he is capable of recording threes and steals and can be a decent streaming option for deeper formats with the team playing four games in Week 21.

Sacramento Kings Top Performers:

Keon Ellis 20 PTS | 9 REB | 6 AST | 36.8 FPS

Ellis has been showcasing potential as a scorer and has knocked down 3+ three-pointers in three of his last four games. He also made significant contributions in other areas though his defensive performance wasn’t as consistent. However, today’s showing might be an outlier, and it’s unlikely he’ll sustain this level of scoring unless he’s given a starting role.

DeMar DeRozan 22 PTS | 4 AST | 1 STL | 33.4 FPS

DeRozan wasn’t at his best on the offensive end, but he still managed to record his sixth-consecutive 20+ point game and his 11th in 12 outings this month. While he has mostly provided solid assist value in past weeks, inconsistency in other areas continues to limit his overall fantasy potential. However, with Sabonis and Monk sidelined, DeRozan is expected to keep shouldering a larger offensive role, positioning him to continue delivering strong performances.

Keegan Murray 13 PTS | 9 REB | 2 BLK | 31.3 FPS

Murray has been a significant part of the rotation this month and has been more productive lately, recording four-straight double-digit points, three games with 8+ rebounds and three games with 2 stocks. But playing alongside players who demand a larger share of the offensive load, makes it harder for him to put up larger numbers.

Jonas Valanciunas 18 PTS | 8-10 FG | 7 REB | 26.9 FPS

JV’s role has been inconsistent lately, but with Sabonis sidelined for some time, he should see a more prominent role in the upcoming games. However, his fantasy upside remains somewhat limited, as he contributes mainly in a few specific areas for his position.

Trey Lyles 7 PTS | 5 REB | 3 AST | 20.5 FPS

Lyles has become an essential part of the rotation lately and is likely to maintain that role as long as Sabonis remains out. He’s made meaningful contributions in scoring, highlighted by a 22-point performance, but his impact is more noticeable on defense, where he’s delivered good rebounding numbers and at least a stock over his past five games.

Biggest Disappointment of the Game:

Zach LaVine 16 PTS | 7 REB | 5 AST

LaVine’s offensive struggles have been evident lately, including scoring just 8 points in his last game and posting a rough 2-for-11 shooting performance from three over his last two games. He’s tried to offset this with strong rebounding and playmaking numbers, but he has failed to maintain consistency in those areas this month. His lack of defensive contributions further limits his overall output.
