The Brooklyn Nets (22-42) pushed through a grueling fourth quarter and snapped their seven-game losing skid with a commanding 111-108 victory against the undermanned Los Angeles Lakers (40-23) on March 11.

Brooklyn Nets Top Performers:

Cam Johnson 18 PTS | 5 AST | 3 STL | 41.9 FPS

Johnson’s knee problem has made his availability a concern, but he’s been a good all-around contributor aside from blocks. However, he isn’t at his most productive scoring-wise, failing to reach 20 points in six of his last seven games.

Ziaire Williams 7 PTS | 9 REB | 2 BLK | 32.8 FPS

Williams is a capable shooter for a big man. He also contributes in rebounding and defensive stats, but his overall inconsistency is a concern. However, he delivered a strong all-around performance today and has four more games this week, making him a potential streaming option.

Noah Clowney 19 PTS | 5 REB | 1 BLK | 31.0 FPS

Clowney is a strong offensive big man with defensive upside. He looked sharp in his second game back after missing 15 contests with a sprained ankle and while he’s expected to hold a steady bench role, his availability remains uncertain due to injury management.

Keon Johnson 18 PTS | 3 REB | 3 AST | 28.1 FPS

Johnson has been producing strongly in many areas last month, but his overall output has trended downward in his last five games. He bounced back today with an efficient scoring performance, but consistency remains an issue. However, his ability to contribute in rebounding and on the defensive end makes him worth holding, especially in deeper leagues.

Tyrese Martin 14 PTS | 3 AST | 1 BLK | 27.1 FPS

Martin’s production is primarily on the offensive end, but he hasn’t shown enough consistency to be considered for rostering.

Los Angeles Lakers Top Performers:

Luka Doncic 22 PTS | 12 REB | 12 AST | 55.4 FPS

Doncic has scored around 30 points in each of his last five games but failed to maintain that level of performance with a tough shooting night. He is likely to remain inefficient as he shoulders most of the offensive load and will continue to face increased defensive attention. However, his elite production in other areas more than makes up for it. Though his persistently high turnover rate and recent struggles from the line have put a damper to his fantasy value.

Austin Reaves 17 PTS | 8 REB | 10 AST | 41.6 FPS

Reaves had a difficult night on offense and has been struggling from the field since returning from a calf injury. However, a strong performance at the free-throw line helped him reach 15+ points for the second straight game. He’s been a regular at the line, making 10 or more free throws in five games since last month, and should be able to maintain this trend. Additionally, his value is steadily growing, thanks to his growing effectiveness as a rebounder and playmaker.

Jordan Goodwin 17 PTS | 8 REB | 1 STL | 27.6 FPS

Goodwin delivered a highly efficient shooting performance today, going 5-for-6 from beyond the arc. However, it remains uncertain whether he can sustain this level of performance. That said, he’s also shown ability to contribute in rebounding and defensive stats, making him a player worth monitoring.

Gabe Vincent 24 PTS | 6-9 3PT | 3 AST | 27.5 FPS

Vincent’s production has been highly inconsistent in recent weeks, along with his minutes. But delivered his best scoring performance of the season today, after moving into the starting lineup. He should be able to maintain his role for this week, making him a good addition, particularly for deeper leagues.

Dalton Knecht 19 PTS | 4 REB | 1 AST | 24.3 FPS

Knecht has been a key part of the rotation over the past week, providing efficient scoring with strong totals in points and three-pointers. Today, he played 40 minutes and is expected to continue seeing an increased offensive role, especially with multiple starters sidelined.

Biggest Disappointment of the Game:

D’Angelo Russell 8 PTS | 2-9 FG | 7 AST

Russell struggled for most of the game but came alive in the fourth quarter, hitting a clutch three-pointer to give his team a 6-point lead. Lately, he has been in a rough shooting slump, aside from one game. However, he continues to provide elite playmaking and has also been posting strong defensive numbers.
