The Indiana Pacers (35-25) recovered from a blown 17-point advantage and notched their third win in their last four with a 115-102 victory against the Houston Rockets (37-25) on March 5.

Indiana Pacers Top Performers:

Tyrese Haliburton 28 PTS | 5-8 3PT | 15 AST | 55.1 FPS

Haliburton has been on an absolute tear, consistently delivering top-10 value in category leagues in recent weeks. He also recently became the first player in NBA history to record 500 assists before reaching 100 turnovers and continued his strong play today, recording solid double-doubles while shooting over 50%, producing solidly from three, staying perfect from the line and racking up steals in six-straight games.

Andrew Nembhard 5 PTS | 6 REB | 2 BLK | 38.2 FPS

Nembhard struggled in recent weeks but has started to turn things around, delivering a solid all-around performance today while maintaining elite numbers in assists and stocks. He has yet to find his rhythm offensively, but he’s expected to improve and should emerge as a major asset in the postseason.

Myles Turner 16 PTS | 4-8 3PT | 4 BLK | 32.3 FPS

Turner has been a standout contributor since the break, shooting efficiently while also thriving from three, and scoring at least 16 points in seven straight games. He’s also equally impressive on defense and is poised to keep it going with a favorable schedule ahead.

Aaron Nesmith 16 PTS | 5 REB | 1 STL | 25.0 FPS

Nesmith is starting to find his rhythm lately, shooting well from the field and scoring in double-digits in six of his last seven games while also putting up good rebounding value.

Pascal Siakam 18 PTS | 2 REB | 2 AST | 21.4 FPS

Siakam’s production has shown a noticeable decline in a recent four-game stretch. He briefly snapped the slump with two solid performances but struggled again today. His free-throw shooting has been shaky since the break, and he hasn’t fared any better from three, going just 1-for-10 recently. His rebounding and defensive numbers have also been underwhelming.

Houston Rockets Top Performers:

Alperen Sengun 25 PTS | 9 REB | 7 AST | 42.3 FPS

Sengun missed their last game with a back issue but returned strong, scoring 23+ points for the fifth time in his last six games while shooting mostly well and maintaining solid rebounding numbers. However, his overall production has been noticeably less impactful, with his free throws remaining a weakness, while his defensive contributions are slipping and his turnovers increasing.

Amen Thompson 13 PTS | 12 REB | 2 STL | 38.4 FPS

Thompson has played 40 minutes in each of his last two games and should continue to see heavy minutes with VanVleet sidelined for a few more games. Since the break, he has been playing at a high level, scoring efficiently and contributing solid rebounds, stocks, and assists over a four-game stretch. However, he has struggled a bit lately, despite posting two double-digit rebounding performances.

Tari Eason 16 PTS | 14 REB | 4 AST | 36.8 FPS

Eason is a strong two-way contributor, shooting efficiently and scoring in double digits in nine of his last ten games. He’s also capable of racking up rebounds and stocks, but availability has been a major issue. However, he should be fine this week.

Jabari Smith Jr. 12 PTS | 2-5 3PT | 9 REB | 22.8 FPS

Smith is in an offensive slump but continues to contribute as a solid rebounder. He’s expected to have good scoring opportunities in the next few games, but remains a difficult player to roster for now.

Dilon Brooks 13 PTS | 4 REB | 1 STL | 21.8 FPS

Brooks’ offensive efficiency has been on-and-off lately, but he has still scored in double figures in four straight games. He plays a significant role on the team and should remain a reliable contributor in threes, rebounds, and steals.

Biggest Disappointment of the Game:

Jalen Green 12 PTS | 4-13 FG | 5 TO

Green has struggled offensively lately, posting his worst shooting performance in all areas in a while. His contributions in other categories have also dipped, but he has made up for it by adding value in steals.
