Here are the top performers on March 31 and the stats to highlight their impact.

BEST PLAYER OF THE DAY:

Victor Wembanyama SAS C 41 PTS | 16 REB | 3 BLK | 76.2 FPS (vs. CHI)

The franchise star completely took over offensively, finishing with his third 40-point outing of the season and also his best scoring performance yet. Wemby also continues to be an elite inside presence, notching his fourth consecutive double-double and 39th overall in just the first 8 minutes of the game. He has been racking up stats all year, but he’s been even more impressive lately, producing all of that in limited minutes this month.

BREAKOUT:

Ayo Dosunmu MIN SG 18 PTS | 15 REB | 12 AST | 62.0 FPS (vs. DAL)

The Wolves have had several injuries in recent games, which has resulted in a much bigger role for Dosunmu. Since then, he has continued to excel, finishing with at least 17 points in each of his last six games. He has also leveled up other parts of his game, recording his second career triple-double today and averaging 10.5 rebounds and 8.0 assists over his last four.

SLEEPER:

Luka Garza BOS C 20 PTS | 9 REB | 1 BLK | 35.3 FPS (vs. ATL)

The big man came up big on the scoring end, hitting 8-of-9 from the field to record his second 20-point outing of the year, both coming in recent weeks. With the Celtics opting to rest several key players in recent matchups, Garza could see more opportunities to deliver towards the end of the regular season.

ELITE ASSET:

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander OKC PG 47 PTS | 5 REB | 2 STL | 59.5 FPS (vs. DET)

Offensively, SGA is just on another level, posting his eighth 40-point outing of the year and becoming the second-fastest player to reach 2,000 points this season. He did most of his damage at the line, converting 21-of-25 free throws, outdoing the entire Pistons team, who attempted only 23.

CATEGORY SPECIALIST:

Jordan Goodwin PHX PG 9 PTS | 8 AST | 5 STL | 42.8 FPS (vs. MEM)

Though Goodwin hasn’t been scoring much in the past few weeks, he has remained productive with contributions across multiple categories. Over his last six games, he’s averaged 7.2 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2 threes.

PLAYER TO WATCH:

Kyle Filipowski UTA C 20 PTS | 10 REB | 5 AST | 49.5 FPS (vs. CLE)

The big man continues to show that he’s clearly capable of producing big numbers on a regular basis. This was his third straight game with at least 20 points and his fourth double-double of the month, all of that in limited minutes. Given the team’s situation, he should continue to have opportunities to deliver and also make a case for a larger role next season.

STREAMER:

Brandon Williams DAL PG 15 PTS | 6 REB | 7 AST | 35.7 FPS (vs. MIN)

Since returning to the lineup, Williams has been a steady presence for his position, delivering solid points and assists value in his last three games. He should be poised for more of these performances moving forward.

FLOPPER:

Payton Pritchard BOS PG 16 PTS | 4 3PM | 2 REB | 17.4 FPS (vs. ATL)

Pritchard had been on fire in his previous two games, averaging 32 points. He still had a decent game offensively but his overall impact was severely lacking. This has been a recurring issue this month, though with key players injured, he should see more chances to contribute.
