The PBA Commissioner’s Cup is about the enter the quarterfinals on Wednesday. But before that, check out Rebanse’s PBA Commissioner’s Cup Power Rankings spanning January 27 thru February 2.

(Note: Standings are as of February 2.)

The Eight Teams in the Quarters

1.    NorthPort Batang Pier (9-3)

After some adversity, NorthPort winds up with the top seed after all thanks to a strong finish. Now, the true test begins for Arvin Tolentino and company.

2.    Converge FiberXers (8-4)

Converge got the third seed after a long waiting game. They’ll be fresh and ready for Yeng Guiao and his Elastop Painters.

3.    TNT Tropang Giga (8-4) ◀️▶️

Loss to Rain or Shine a dampener for sure, but the Tropa look primed for another championship run.

4.    Barangay Ginebra San Miguel (8-4)

Back-to-back wins over Rain or Shine and Meralco got Ginebra to best-of-three territory with no complications. Is a championship run next?

5.    Meralco Bolts (7-5)

Injury woes to Akil Mitchell got the Bolts limping to end the elimination round. Will Mitchell be healthy enough against Ginebra?

6.    Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (7-5)

Huge win over TNT kept Rain or Shine from skidding all the way down to twice-to-win territory. But a huge test in Converge awaits them.

7.    Magnolia Hotshots (6-6)

Magnolia suddenly the hottest team in the league right now with four wins in a row—including three by way of blowouts.

8.    Hong Kong Eastern (7-5)

Eastern will enter the quarters reeling from back-to-back blowout losses. Win-once TNT await them.

On Their Way to the Bora Cup

9.    NLEX Road Warriors (6-6)

NLEX just ran into a buzzkill that is Magnolia in their KO match for the last quarters seat. End-of-elims fight back, though, could be something to build on.

10.    San Miguel Beermen (5-7)

Import problems and inconsistent local play plagued the Beermen’s Commissioner’s Cup title defense. Are big changes in order for San Miguel?

11.  Phoenix Fuel Masters (3-9) ◀️▶️

Young Fuel Masters need a veteran leader moving forward.

12.  Blackwater Bossing (3-9) ◀️▶️

Bossing need more talent.

13.  Terrafirma Dyip (1-11) ◀️▶️

Ditto.
