Since PVL became a professional league in 2021, Creamline Cool Smashers dominated the championship in seven of the 12 conferences. Not surprisingly, three players of the Creamline Cool Smashers dominated the list of players who won multiple individual awards in the professional era of the league.

Since 2021, Creamline Cool Smashers spiker Tots Carlos has already won nine individual awards alongside multiple championships with the team. In the 2022 PVL season alone, Carlos won four awards – Best Opposite Spiker for the Open and Invitational Conferences, and the Season Most Valuable Player of the same conferences.

The following year, Carlos once again won four awards in the 2023 season, taking home the trophy as the Best Opposite Spiker in the Invitational Conference, 1st Best Outside Spiker and Conference Most Valuable Player in the 1st All-Filipino Conference, and Finals MVP in the 2nd All-Filipino Conference.

Unfortunately, Carlos has been dealing with a knee injury that has forced her to sit out during the 2024 Reinforced and Invitational Conferences. Although she played in the 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference, where the Creamline Cool Smashers ultimately lost to the Petro Gazz Angels in the Finals, Carlos is still undergoing therapy and slowly regaining her form as of writing time.

Dubbed as the Phenom of Philippine volleyball, Alyssa Valdez has won six individual awards since the Premier Volleyball League turned professional in 2021. In the first season of PVL as a professional league, Valdez was hailed as the 1st Best Outside Hitter as the Creamline Cool Smashers settled for Bronze against Chery Tiggo in the Bacarra bubble.

In the 2022 PVL season, Valdez won three awards – Finals MVP in the Open Conference after leading the Cool Smashers in the championship and the 1st Best Outside Hitter awards in the Invitational and Reinforced conferences.

The following year, Valdez had to cheer on the bench due to injury, but she still managed to bag the 1st Best Outside Hitter award during the Invitational Conference. Recently, Valdez once again received the 1st Best Outside Hitter for the 2024-25 PVL on Tour.

Kyle Negrito was thrust into the primary setter position when Jia Morado-De Guzman flew to Japan to play for Denso Airybees in the Japanese V.League. Since the 2023 2nd All-Filipino Conference, Negrito became the starting setter of the Creamline Cool Smashers and has won five individual awards for that role.

In the 2024 All-Filipino Conference, Negrito was hailed as the Best Setter of the conference, a feat she once again received in the Invitational Conference, alongside the Finals MVP plum. Coming into the next season, Negrito stayed on top of the setting department as she won the Best Setter plum once again in the 2024-25 All-Filipino Conference and PVL on Tour.

Aside from the Tots Carlos, Alyssa Valdez, and Kyle Negrito, many players have won multiple awards since PVL turned professional in 2021 – Kathleen Arado, Jia Morado, and Jema Galanza all have four individual awards under their belt.
