There’s a new no. 1 in the Rebanse NBA Weekly Rankings, while a storied franchise energized by a historic trade is making a beeline for the top.

Take a look as we present our weekly ranking from February 24 to March 2.

(Note: Standings are up to March 2 only.)

1.  Cleveland Cavaliers (49-10)

Ten straight wins and a come-from-behind victory over the Celtics have the Cavs at no. 1

Choke job vs. Wolves and close call against Nets have the Thunder sliding down to no. 2.

3.  Boston Celtics (42-18)

Back-to-back Ls to Cavs and Pistons keep Cs at no. 3.

4.  Los Angeles Lakers (37-21)

Five straight wins, 8-2 in last 10—but the two losses were against lottery teams.
