Action in the PBA Philippine Cup really has picked up, so much so that five teams now have identical 3-1 records to share the top spot in the standings four weeks into Season 50’s opening conference. But there are levels to those five teams, as our latest Rebanse Weekly PBA Power Rankings will show.
But before we delve deeper into our second PBA Power Rankings, check out the team standings as of October 28, 2025:

Now, here is Rebanse’s Weekly PBA Power Rankings:
1. TNT Tropang 5G
Wire-to-wire dismantling of upstart Titan Ultra is just the latest example of why TNT is the head of the class. Now, Henry Galinato Jr. is even starting to figure things out.
2. Converge FiberXers
Talent is undeniable, and numbers show it: 121.3 PPG (first in the league), 27.0 APG (first), 62.5 TS% (first), 58% FG% (first), and 44% 3PT% (first).
3. Magnolia Hotshots
Offense has bogged down after looking prolific in the season opener. But credit the Hotshots for finding different ways to win.
4. San Miguel Beermen
Back-to-back wins have the Beermen back in the thick of things. June Mar Fajardo is still the great equalizer even after all these years.

5. NLEX Road Warriors
Robert Bolick’s return has propped up the Road Warriors, who are defending at a high level and getting just enough offense.
6. Meralco Bolts
A close loss to NLEX broke their three-game winning streak and exposed once again Meralco’s shooting woes. But defense remains robust and tenacious. CJ Cansino’s been balling, too.
7. Rain or Shine Elasto Painters
Two weekend wins put the Elasto Painters atop the standings with five other teams. Offense is starting to percolate, but injuries are still a cause for concern.
8. Barangay Ginebra San Miguel
Shot 31% overall in an out-of-country loss to San Miguel. Defense is pretty good, but offense has been erratic and sometimes downright ghastly.
9. Phoenix Fuel Masters
New coach Willy Wilson has the Fuel Masters playing hard from the opening tip to the final buzzer. The pieces are there, too, with Ricci Rivero taking a leap in particular.

10. Blackwater Bossing
Inconsistency is plaguing the Bossing, but between Sedrick Barefield, Christian David, RK Ilagan, and Dalph Panopio, they have some firepower. Jeffrey Cariaso just needs to figure it out.
11. Terrafirma Dyip
Like Willy Wilson, Ronald Tubid has his young team playing hard for 48 minutes. But playing well for all four quarters has been an issue.
12. Titan Ultra Giant Risers
Calvin Abueva showing he can carry a massive load (burden) has been a pleasant surprise. But the Giant Risers need to be consistent to climb up the standings and the PBA Power Rankings.
