App Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

Age Requirements

• The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Description of Service

Our App provides the following tools and features for NBA and WNBA Daily Fantasy players:

1. Lineup Generator
   • Users can create and simulate fantasy lineups manually or through the Auto Fill feature, where our AI module suggests players.
2. Projected Fantasy Points
   • Player and lineup fantasy points are projected and displayed within the app.
3. News and Articles
   • Access to player news, injury reports, and featured articles.
4. Community Features
   • Participate in community voting and comment on player news.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Our App offers three modes of access: Guest Mode, Free Account, and Paid Subscription (Pro Plan).

• Guest Mode
  • Access limited to news, injury reports, and articles.
• Free Account
  • Lineup Generator: One (1) recommended lineup per Auto Fill request.
  • Projected Fantasy Points: Access to standard projections.
  • Community Features: Participation in voting and commenting.
• Paid Subscription (Pro Plan)
  • Lineup Generator: Up to five (5) advanced recommended lineups per Auto Fill request (“Pro Teams”).
  • Projected Fantasy Points: Enhanced projections powered by AI models.
  • Includes all Free Account features.

Trial: New users may access a seven (7)-day free trial of the Pro Plan, subject to App Store or Google Play rules.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan features at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Plans
  • Available on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Processed securely through the App Store and Google Play.
• Renewal and Cancellation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to Pro Plan features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and access will end.
  • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account and must be canceled there.
  • We do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Refunds
  • Refunds are governed by the policies of the App Store and Google Play.
  • We do not provide direct refunds.
• Changes to Fees
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time.
  • Changes will become effective upon renewal of your subscription.
  • You will be notified of such changes in advance, in accordance with App Store or Google Play policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Misuse the App, attempt to hack, or disrupt service operations.
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to data, projections, design, articles, graphics, and AI models, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written permission.

User-Generated Comments
Comments submitted by users are their sole responsibility and cannot be edited once posted. We may remove comments containing unlawful, offensive, or prohibited material (including external links) but will not otherwise alter user content. Comments are automatically removed once the related news item expires or is deleted from the App.

Generated Lineup Images
The App may generate lineup images or visuals from your use of the lineup generator. You may share these for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media) but may not sell or exploit them for commercial gain without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may provide links to external websites, including our official Rebanse website and advertisements from our partner, Daily Fantasy. These external sites are not operated within the App, and their content and practices are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of such third-party websites. When you access these links, you do so at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all data will be accurate or up to date.

All predictions, projected fantasy points, lineup recommendations, and related features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee actual game outcomes, contest results, or financial gains.

Actual results may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to coaching decisions, player injuries, changes in player performance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, or any financial loss connected to contest outcomes or reliance on our predictions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other lawful reasons. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Makati City, Philippines.

App Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address provided during registration.

• Payment Data: Processed securely through the App Store and Google Play (we do not store your payment details).

3. Sharing of Information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We may share data with trusted third-party service providers strictly for operational purposes (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or customer support tools). This may include Rebanse and its parent company, and its affiliated companies, which help us deliver and improve the App’s services.
• We may disclose information if required by law.
• When you follow links from the App to external websites (such as our official Rebanse website or Daily Fantasy advertisements), their privacy practices apply and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

4. Tracking Technologies

Our App and website may use cookies, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar technologies to measure performance, improve user experience, and deliver relevant advertising. You may opt out or manage tracking in your device or browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except for data we are legally required to retain (such as payment or transaction records). Such retained data will be kept only as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws and will then be securely deleted.

User comments are retained only as long as the related player news item remains available in the App. Once the news item is removed (typically after 48 hours, subject to change at our discretion), the associated comments are also permanently deleted. We do not track, archive, or retain comment history after removal.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence, including in countries with different data protection laws. This may include transfers through Rebanse and its parent company, and its affiliated companies, which may operate servers or services in multiple jurisdictions.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
