After a few months of waiting, the UAAP Season 88 will officially begin at the home of the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers, the Quadricentennial Pavilion on Saturday, September 20.
The Men’s Basketball Tournament will officially begin at 2:00 pm between the Far Eastern University Tamaraws and the Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagles. It will be followed by the match between Adamson University Soaring Falcons and last year’s silver medalists, De La Salle University Green Archers, at 4:30 pm.
On Sunday, the University of the East Red Warriors will make their debut under head coach Chris Gavina as they face the National University Bulldogs at 2:00 pm. At 4:30 p.m., the highly anticipated game between the reigning champions University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons and the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigers will happen
