Welcome to Rebanse Fantasy Corner! We are sharing our Daily Fantasy lineup recommendation for the massive playoff encounter in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup between the TNT Tropang 5G and the NLEX Road Warriors this Wednesday, May 13.
Daily Fantasy is a player-versus-player basketball game where the fantasy points you earn come solely from the real-life performance of the players you added to your lineup.
Our Playoff Strategy: Since it’s the postseason and the stakes are at an all-time high, we will actually consider adding players with Questionable, O, or INJ tags. Most stars are likely to play through injury in these crucial games. Because it is the playoffs, we are stocking up on the heavy hitters early on.
Our Tactical Roster Build: We are locking in our foundation with three massive names: TNT import Bol Bol (25.0 Credits) at center, NLEX import Cady Lalanne (20.0 Credits) via the FLEX spot, and Robert Bolick (16.0 Credits) at point guard. Those three combined account for more than 60 percent of our credit balance, but we are confident we can make it work with the rest of the squad.
Here is how we are filling out the rest of the rotation:
- Shooting Guard: Jordan Heading (10.5 Credits) will be our guy.
- Small Forward: We are going with UST Growling Tigers alumnus Kevin Ferrer (6.5 Credits).
- Power Forward: Former NU Bulldogs standout Glenn Khobuntin (7.0 Credits) slots in at the four.
- FLEX Finishers: Joining Lalanne to complete our eight-man lineup are the legendary Jayson Castro (8.0 Credits) and the versatile Brandon Ramirez (6.5 Credits).
Our Captain Picks: We expect Bol Bol and Cady Lalanne to be in for monster performances. We have set Bol Bol as Captain (2x bonus) and Lalanne as Vice Captain (1.5x bonus) to maximize their fantasy point totals.
