It has already been more than five years since LeBron James left the East, but Raptors fans feel like they still can’t get away from LeBronto. After getting beat down on November 2, the Toronto Raptors bow to James and the Los Angeles Lakers on November 11, 123-103, for the second time around. The King has been haunting this franchise since the DeMar DeRozan era, and up until now, he’s still reigning terror in Canada.

Even the North Can’t Stop LeBron

39-year-old LeBron finished the game with another terrific performance: 19 points, 16 assists, and 10 rebounds. This marks his 115th career triple-double in 22 years of being in the NBA.

Aside from an extremely commandering win, LBJ also made another NBA record by becoming the oldest player to log two consecutive triple-doubles.

Although Anthony Davis left early due to an apparent eye injury, the 31-year-old superstar still managed to put up 22 points. To ease the load, Austine Reaves stepped up to the plate and chipped in with 26 points and 6 assists.

The Los Angeles Lakers are now 6-4 while the Toronto Raptors have now lost 9 of their last 11 games (2-9).

NBA In-Season Cup is Fast Approaching!

The first set of in-season matches will commence on November 13, however, Lakers’ first NBA cup will be against Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs on November 16.
