Here are the players who made the biggest impact on July 10 and the stats to prove it.

TOP PERFORMERS OF THE DAY:

Shaun Geoffrey Chiu TER C 19 PTS | 23 REB | 1 BLK

The No. 1 overall pick delivered a career-best performance, finishing with a career high in points while shooting 6-for-10 on two-point attempts and a career high in rebounds with 10 offensive boards. It was also the fourth double-double of his career.

John Matthew Bravo TER SF 15 PTS | 9 REB | 2 STL

Bravo continues to be a dependable offensive option, shooting 6-for-10 from the field with three three-pointers to finish as one of the team’s top scorers. It was also his fifth double-digit scoring game since the previous conference.

Ahmad Didat Hanapi TER SG 14 PTS | 6-12 FG | 7 REB

The guard was in the starting lineup for this game and he made the most of it, shooting 5-for-8 from two and posting his first double-digit scoring game since last conference. He also made his presence felt on the boards, recording six offensive rebounds.

Maverick Ahanmisi TER SG 11 PTS | 9 REB | 6 AST

Though he had trouble finding his offensive rhythm, missing all of his attempts from the three-point area while also posting four turnovers, the veteran guard still had a highly productive performance. Last conference, he averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists across 10 games.

Aristotle Dionisio TIT SG 21 PTS | 9 REB | 2 STL

Dionisio stepped up in a major way today, leading the team in both scoring and rebounding. He was absolutely lethal from the three-point area knocking down 5-of-7. Last conference, he totaled 13 threes through 12 games.

Joshua Eugene Munzon TIT SG 15 PTS | 7 REB | 5 AST

This was a signature all-around performance from the star guard. He was impressive on both ends of the floor, hitting a perfect 3-for-3 from deep while also posting four stocks. In the previous conference, he averaged 19.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.9 steals per game.

Marc Paolo Javillonar TIT C 11 PTS | 6 REB | 1 STL

This marked just the fifth time that he has scored eight or more points since last conference. Still, he was an effective inside scorer, converting 25-of-39 across 12 games.

Damian Chongqui MGP PG 35 PTS | 3 REB | 3 AST

The guard once again displayed his elite scoring ability, shooting 5-for-7 from two-point range and 7-for-12 from three to finish with a game-high in points. This also marked his best scoring game since last conference and his fourth, scoring at least 28 points.

De’Vondre Perry MGP SF 26 PTS | 15 REB | 4 STL

The import impressed in his PBA debut, finishing second on the team in scoring and grabbing a game-high in rebounds. In his most recent stint in Germany, the swingman averaged 12.8 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.4 steals across 22 games.

DeQuan Jones NLX C 23 PTS | 11 REB | 1 STL |

Jones led the charge for NLEX, posting team-high in points on 9-for-17 shooting from two along with a team-high in rebounds.

Deschon Winston NLX SG 10 PTS | 6 REB | 3 AST

Though Winston contributed in multiple ways, this was still a relatively quiet performance for the guard. Last conference, he delivered a breakthrough scoring campaign, averaging 16.7 points over 14 games.

Kevin Alas NLX PG 19 PTS | 3 REB | 2 STL |

The veteran guard provided a major offensive spark off the bench, shooting efficiently from all levels and finishing second on the team in scoring. During the Philippine Cup, Alas averaged 11.3 points over 12 games. However, in the recently concluded Commissioner’s Cup, he averaged just 6.3 points per game.

JB Bahio NLX C 11 PTS | 8 REB | 1 BLK

Bahio continues to be a steady inside operator for NLEX, nearly recording a double-double. In the Commissioner’s Cup, he averaged 7.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game despite playing limited minutes.

Louelljay Gonzales NLX PG 13 PTS | 2 AST | 2 STL

Offensively, the rookie delivered another standout showing, hitting 6-of-7 from the field to finish as one of the team’s top scorers. It was also his sixth double-digit scoring performance since the previous conference.

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE DAY:

Robert Bolick NLX PG 9 PTS | 6 REB | 8 AST

Overall, this was a really impactful performance from the superstar guard, as he finished with a game-high in assists with only a single turnover. In terms of scoring, however, he couldn’t find any rhythm, failing to convert a three-pointer while also hitting just 1-of-5 from two-point range. This was just the second time since the previous conference that he scored under 10 points.
