Here are the players who made the biggest impact on October 30 and the stats to highlight their impact.

TOP PERFORMERS OF THE DAY:

Jordan Bernard Murphy GIN PF 33 PTS | 10 REB | 9 AST | 61.5 FPS

The Kings’ import continues to stand out in the playoffs. He dominated the first half with 21 points on 7-of-9 shooting and went 16-for-21 from the free-throw line to set a new conference-high. He was equally impressive across the board, flirting with a triple-double. SMB simply has no answer for him in this series.

Adrian Clarence Nocum ROS SG 22 PTS | 18 AST | 1 BLK | 51.6 FPS

Nocum put on a show in Game 2. Offensively, he was effective from all areas—especially from deep, hitting 3-of-4 to record his fourth 20-point outing in five games. But he stood out most as a playmaker, posting a career-high and franchise-record 18 assists.

Rhon Jay Abarrientos GIN PG 22 PTS | 5 REB | 6 AST | 42.0 FPS

RJ finally got his groove back on the offensive end. He started strong in Game 2, scoring 11 points in the first quarter alone, knocked down a total of four triples and recorded his best scoring production in five games.

Aaron Craig Fuller ROS PF 26 PTS | 15 REB | 1 AST | 38.5 FPS

Fuller got going early, leading all scorers in the first half with 15 points on 9-of-11 shooting from the free-throw line. He also delivered in the fourth quarter, adding nine points. While he consistently produces in scoring and rebounding, the veteran import continues to have problems staying efficient. He shot just 59% from the line through his first 11 games and averaged 5.0 turnovers over his last eight.

Juan Gerardo Gomez De Liaño CON PG 20 PTS | 7 REB | 8 AST | 37.4 FPS

This was Converge’s first playoff win of the season and the star guard played a big part in it. Shooting just 5-for-15 in Game 1, Juan got back on track today, knocking down 4-of-5 from deep for his third 20-point outing in five games.

Earl Scottie Thompson GIN PG 12 PTS | 7 REB | 11 AST | 36.9 FPS

Thompson delivered yet another masterclass. He put on an offensive clinic, dropping nine assists in the opening half before finishing with his third double-double in four games. The former MVP has been exceptional lately, emerging as a major factor for the surging Kings.

Alec June Stockton CON SG 18 PTS | 5 AST | 3 STL | 36.7 FPS

Stockton provided his team with plenty of positives in Game 2 and finished with a complete stat line. He was most impressive on the offensive end, however, converting 7-of-10 two-pointers for his fifth consecutive double-digit scoring performance.

Justine Baltazar CON PF 18 PTS | 11 REB | 1 STL | 35.7 FPS

Coming off a forgettable performance in Game 1, Baltazar bounced back in a big way today, tallying his seventh double-double of the conference. He also delivered when they needed him, stepping up in the second half with 15 points to lock in the win.

Caelan Todd Tiongson ROS PF 17 PTS  | 6 REB | 4 AST | 35.2 FPS

This was another standout game for Tiongson. He filled up the stat sheet in Game 2 and came up huge offensively, scoring 11 in a red-hot third quarter to seal his third 15-plus point performance in four games. He has been shooting the lights out from distance, knocking down 14-of-25 threes in that span.

June Mar Fajardo SMB C 16 PTS | 9 REB | 3 STL | 34.8 FPS

Limited to just three points in Game 1, Fajardo responded today, putting up a strong performance in the paint. He was nearly perfect from two, making 7-of-8 while pulling down five offensive rebounds. But with SMB trailing, they will need even more from their nine-time MVP to turn the series around.

Jhonard Clarito ROS PF 22 PTS | 6 REB | 1 STL | 33.7 FPS

Clarito made his presence felt offensively in Game 2. He was off to a strong start, scoring 8 points in the opening quarter and added 14 in the second half to set a new conference-high. From deep, however, he continues to have a tough time, going 0-for-7 in this series.

Stephen Jeffrey Holt GIN SG 19 PTS | 2 AST | 1 STL | 26.2 FPS

Three-point shooting made a massive difference for Ginebra in Game 2. Holt set the tone early, draining 3 triples in the first quarter before finishing with a conference-high scoring performance on 5 threes, singlehandedly matching SMB’s total output from long range.

Jerrick Vincent Ahanmisi SMB SG 17 PTS | 1 REB | AST | 18.7 FPS

San Miguel needed a spark on the offensive end and Ahanmisi delivered, pouring in 14 points in the second quarter.  This was his best scoring game this month and his second-highest production of the conference.

Michael Kurtiz Williams CON SG 10 PTS | 2 REB | 3 AST | 16.9 FPS

The former MVP finally showed up for Converge. He ignited their second-quarter charge with seven points, then came through in the clutch with a big three-pointer to help secure the win. This was also his first double-digit scoring game in three months.

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF THE DAY:

George King SMB SG 13 PTS | 6 AST | 3 STL | 28.7 FPS

The SMB import was nothing short but dominant in the elimination rounds, averaging 33.7 points in 12 games. In the playoffs, however, he struggled significantly. Across two games against Ginebra, he failed to find his rhythm, setting a new conference-low in Game 2 and averaging just 16.5 points.
