Open Your Locker
Open the Campus Picks app and go to your Locker.
Delete Your Account in the App
Open Settings
Tap Settings to access your account options.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Deletion Is Not Immediate
When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for removal and remains recoverable for 30 days. If you sign in again during this period, the App will offer to restore it.
Day 0
Deletion Scheduled
Your account can no longer be used to play.
Day 30
Permanently Anonymized
Your account can no longer be restored.
During the recovery period:
nothing is permanently erased. Restoring your account brings
back your Stamina, Honor Points, friends and leaderboard
position exactly as they were.
After 30 days, the account is permanently anonymized.
This cannot be undone. Signing in afterwards creates a
brand-new account.
What Happens to Your Data
What Is Removed
- Your username and display name
- Your profile photo and bio
- Your sign-in email or social account link
- Your friends and pending friend requests
- Your registered notification devices
- Your individual and campus ranking contribution
What May Be Kept
- Past Picks may remain for historical records
- Records are permanently detached from your identity
- Your name is replaced with “Deleted User”
- Nothing retained will identify you
- Your Honor Points are reset to 0
- Previous campus contributions are removed
How Long It Takes
Your Request Takes Effect Immediately
Your account is scheduled for deletion as soon as you confirm and can no longer be used to play. Final anonymization happens automatically after the 30-day recovery window.
