• 1.4 Gameplay Data: We track your in-game interactions, entry history, card selection records, prediction submissions, Hits, and accumulated Honor Points (HP).

• 2.1 Game Administration: To process your entries, calculate your Hits and Honor Points, update personal and school leaderboards, and ensure the proper functioning and fairness of all in-game mechanics and features.
• 2.2 Account and Security: To verify your eligibility, maintain your login sessions, prevent cheating, detect multi-account abuse, and block automated bots or scrapers.
• 2.3 Rewarded Advertisements: To manage, track, and enforce the daily limit of two rewarded video advertisements per user, and to validate the maximum total Stamina expansion limit of ten (10) points per account.
• 2.4 Communications and Corporate Marketing: We may use your registered Email address to send you essential account updates, security alerts, and system announcements. Additionally, your Email may be utilized by Rebanse, Cloud Latitude, and our affiliates to deliver newsletter updates, promotional materials, and marketing offers directly related to our products and sports-tech ecosystem. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to independent third-party brokers. We only share information under specific operational, legal, or intra-corporate circumstances.

• 3.4 Third-Party Content Waiver: Please note that all advertisement contents are automatically populated and delivered by Google and our third-party advertising partners.
