Campus Picks Game Rules

Version: 1.0 | Effective Date: August 1, 2026 | Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Campus Picks is a free collegiate sports prediction game. Players enter Picks Games, open Picks Packs, predict whether player or team statistics will finish Higher or Lower than the displayed target, and earn Honor Points based on their results.

Campus Picks does not operate, accept, or facilitate bets, wagers, stakes, deposits, or cash payouts. No purchase or payment is required to participate. Campus Picks may offer promotional prizes under separate event rules. Such prizes do not require players to stake money or anything of value.

All game times, lock times, resets, and ranking periods are based on Philippine Time (PHT, UTC+8) unless otherwise stated.

Table of Contents

1. Accounts and Player Eligibility

Players must create or sign in to a valid Campus Picks account to submit Picks, use Stamina, earn Honor Points, join rankings, select a supported school, and access friend features.

Unless Campus Picks expressly permits otherwise, each player may use only one primary account. Players must not:

  • Create multiple accounts to obtain additional Stamina, rewards, or Honor Points.
  • Sell, transfer, share, or trade accounts.
  • Use another person’s identity or account.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or system exploits.
  • Manipulate individual or school rankings.

Players are responsible for keeping their login information secure and ensuring that their account is not used without authorization.

Display Names, GamerTags, profile pictures, and other public information must not contain impersonation, harassment, hate speech, explicit material, sensitive personal information, or unauthorized intellectual property.

2. Supported School

After registration, each player must select one supported school. Honor Points earned by the player will contribute the same amount to that school’s ranking.

A player may change their supported school once per Campus Picks Season, subject to any school-change period or cooldown displayed in the App.

After changing schools:

  • Previously contributed school points remain with the original school.
  • Newly earned Honor Points are credited to the new school.
  • The player’s personal Honor Points are not reduced.
  • Historical results are not changed retroactively.

Selecting a school does not affect pack contents or the probability of receiving cards from any school.

3. Picks Games, Picks Packs, and Pick Cards

Picks Game is the largest in-App game unit. Campus Picks creates each Picks Game for a specific date, sport, and division, and each Picks Game may contain one or more real-world Matches scheduled for that date. For example, all men’s collegiate basketball Matches scheduled for September 12 may be grouped into one Picks Game.

Match is one real-world sporting event included in a Picks Game.

When a player spends 1 Stamina to participate, the system creates one Entry and provides the player with one Picks Pack. Each Picks Pack contains six randomly generated Pick Cards.

An Entry is one participation attempt for which Stamina has been deducted. Depending on its progress, an Entry may be unsubmitted, submitted, invalid, or completed.

Pick Cards may cover:

  • Individual player statistics.
  • Team statistics.
  • Match events.

Not every Match will be available in Campus Picks. Available Picks Games and their opening times are shown in the App.

Different players may receive different Pick Cards. Opening another Picks Pack may also produce Pick Cards featuring players or prediction items that appeared previously. Picks Pack contents are not affected by the player’s supported school or friends.

4. Lock Time and Submission

A Picks Game locks when the first Match included in that Picks Game begins. If the first Match is delayed, the lock time is also delayed, and players may continue participating and submitting Picks until a Match in that Picks Game begins.

Before lock, players must:

  1. Spend 1 Stamina to create an Entry and open its Picks Pack.
  2. Select Higher or Lower on all six Pick Cards.
  3. Review their selections.
  4. Successfully submit the Picks.

Stamina is deducted when the pack is opened, not when it is submitted.

Only a confirmation of successful submission means that the Entry has been officially submitted and is eligible for settlement. After submission, players cannot change, cancel, transfer, or shuffle their Picks.

After a Picks Game locks:

  • No new Entries may be created and no new Picks Packs may be opened.
  • Unfinished Picks cannot be completed or submitted.
  • Unsubmitted packs become invalid.
  • Stamina is not returned unless the entire Picks Game is later canceled under Section 8.

An opened but unfinished Entry is normally saved until lock. Re-entering the same Entry does not deduct additional Stamina or generate a new Picks Pack.

Players may create and submit multiple Entries for the same Picks Game while it remains open. Each new Entry costs 1 Stamina, contains a newly generated Picks Pack, and is settled separately.

5. Shuffle

Before submitting Picks, a player may use Shuffle once per pack.

Using Shuffle:

  • Replaces all six Pick Cards.
  • Clears all existing Higher and Lower selections.
  • Cannot be reversed.
  • Does not deduct additional Stamina.

Shuffle becomes unavailable after submission, lock, or use of the one-Shuffle limit.

6. Higher, Lower, and Results

Selecting Higher means predicting that the final official statistic will be above the displayed target.

Selecting Lower means predicting that the final official statistic will be below the displayed target.

Example:

Player A — 18.5 Points

  • Higher is a Hit if the player scores 19 or more.
  • Lower is a Hit if the player scores 18 or fewer.

Most targets end in .5 to avoid ties. If a whole-number target is used and the final statistic equals the target exactly, both Higher and Lower predictions are marked Miss and count as a Miss in Lifetime Win Rate.

Each Pick Card is settled as:

  • Hit: The prediction is correct.
  • Miss: The prediction is incorrect.
  • Pending: The result has not yet been finalized.
  • Void: The card cannot be settled normally and does not count as a Hit or Miss.

Live statuses are for reference only. Final results are based on formal settlement data.

A Higher Pick Card may display a provisional Hit after its target has been exceeded. A Lower Pick Card cannot be confirmed as a Hit until the Match ends and final data is available.

7. Void Pick Cards and DNP

Void Pick Cards:

  • Do not count as Hits or Misses.
  • Are excluded from the number of valid Pick Cards.
  • Do not affect Lifetime Win Rate.
  • Do not individually return Stamina.

If a player does not enter the Match and the official statistics show zero playing time, that player’s Pick Cards will be Void.

If the player officially enters the Match, the Pick Cards will be settled normally even if the player plays briefly, leaves because of injury, or records no statistics.

When one or more Pick Cards are Void, the Entry is settled using the actual number of Hits from the remaining Pick Cards.

If all six Pick Cards are Void but the Picks Game itself has not been canceled, the Entry remains completed, is treated as 0 Hits, earns 5 Honor Points, and does not return Stamina.

8. Canceled, Postponed, Delayed, or Suspended Matches

For the purposes of this Section, a Match means one real-world sporting event. A Picks Game means the in-App game unit that contains one or more Matches for a specific date, sport, and division.

8.1 Only Some Matches Are Affected

If a Picks Game contains multiple Matches and at least one Match proceeds normally:

  • Pick Cards connected to a canceled or postponed Match become Void.
  • Pick Cards connected to Matches that proceed normally are settled as usual.
  • Stamina is not returned.
  • Honor Points are awarded based on the actual number of Hits.

This rule applies even if all six Pick Cards in a particular Entry happen to come from canceled or postponed Matches. In that case, all six Pick Cards become Void, but the Entry remains completed, receives 0 Hits, and earns 5 Honor Points. Stamina is not returned.

8.2 Entire Picks Game Is Canceled

If none of the Matches included in a Picks Game are played, Campus Picks will cancel the entire Picks Game.

In that case:

  • Related Picks are not settled.
  • No Hits, Misses, Honor Points, or Completed Entries are recorded.
  • The Picks do not affect Lifetime Win Rate.
  • The system returns 1 Stamina for every opened Entry for which Stamina was deducted.

The Stamina return applies to submitted, unsubmitted, invalid, or otherwise incomplete Entries, provided that Stamina was actually deducted for the Entry.

A player’s Stamina cannot exceed the maximum of 10 after the return. If the return would increase the player’s Stamina above 10, Stamina will be returned only up to the maximum. Any excess amount will not be retained, reissued, or converted into another resource.

8.3 Six-Hour Rule for Delayed Matches

For a delayed Match, the six-hour deadline begins at the Match’s originally scheduled start time.

For example, if a Match was originally scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM, the six-hour deadline expires at 8:00 PM.

If the Match begins within six hours and produces sufficient official data for settlement, the related Pick Cards are settled normally.

If the Match does not proceed or cannot be settled before the six-hour deadline:

  • The Pick Cards connected to that Match become Void if at least one other Match in the same Picks Game proceeds normally.
  • The entire Picks Game is canceled if none of its Matches are played.

8.4 Suspended Matches or Missing Data

If a Match is suspended after it begins or does not produce sufficient official data, the affected Pick Cards become Void.

If sufficient official data is available for only certain players, teams, or prediction items, Campus Picks may settle the Pick Cards whose results can be confirmed and mark only the remaining Pick Cards Void.

Whether the entire Picks Game is canceled depends on whether at least one Match included in that Picks Game was played, as described in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.

9. Official Data and Settlement

Campus Picks uses statistics published by the league’s official source to settle Picks.

Television broadcasts, venue scoreboards, news reports, social media, and third-party platforms are for reference only.

Live data may be delayed or corrected. After Campus Picks completes final settlement, later corrections by the official source will not result in resettlement. Completed Picks, Honor Points, and rankings will remain unchanged.

Technical decisions, forfeitures, or other official rulings will be settled using the official data available. Pick Cards without sufficient settlement data will be Void.

10. Honor Points

Honor Points are awarded according to the final number of Hits in each Entry:

Hits Honor Points
6 1,000
5 500
4 200
3 80
2 40
1 20
0 5

Void Pick Cards do not count as Hits or Misses. Honor Points are based only on the actual number of Hits.

Each submitted Entry is settled separately. Honor Points earned from all valid Entries are added to the player’s personal total and the total of the school supported by the player when those points were earned.

Honor Points:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be sold, traded, transferred, combined with another account, or redeemed for cash.
  • May be removed for cheating, multiple accounts, exploitation, or other violations.

If a player’s Honor Points are removed, the corresponding contribution to the school ranking may also be removed.

When a new Season begins in the App, accumulated Honor Points are reset, and Honor Points for the new Season are calculated from zero. This reset applies to both individual rankings and supported school rankings. Honor Points and ranking contributions from previous Seasons do not carry over to the new Season.

11. Rankings

Campus Picks may provide:

  • Weekly rankings.
  • Monthly rankings.
  • Season rankings.
  • Individual rankings.
  • School rankings.

Weekly rankings run from Monday at 00:00 through Sunday at 23:59, Philippine Time. Monthly rankings follow calendar months. Season dates are announced through the App or official Campus Picks channels.

Honor Points normally belong to the original date of the Picks, even if settlement occurs later.

Individual rankings display the top 100 players. Players outside the top 100 may still see their own rank and Honor Points.

School rankings are based on the total Honor Points contributed by all supporters. Scores are not adjusted or averaged based on the number of supporters.

Tied players display the same rank. Any additional tie-breaking rules for events involving prizes will be stated in the applicable event rules.

Individual and school rankings are based on Honor Points earned during the current Season only.

12. Lifetime Win Rate and Player Titles

Lifetime Win Rate is calculated as:

Lifetime Win Rate = Total Hits ÷ (Total Hits + Total Misses) × 100%

Void Pick Cards are excluded. Lifetime Win Rate carries across Seasons.

Player Titles are based on both Lifetime Win Rate and Completed Entries:

Title Lifetime Win Rate Completed Entries
Rookie Default Default
Starter At least 45% At least 50
Veteran At least 50% At least 100
All-Star At least 55% At least 300
MVP At least 65% At least 500

A player receives the highest Title for which both requirements are satisfied.

Completed Entry is an Entry that was successfully submitted and has completed settlement processing. An Entry with six Void Pick Cards still counts as completed unless the entire Picks Game was canceled.

A player’s Current Title may rise or fall as their Lifetime Win Rate changes. The Best Title records the highest Title the player has ever achieved and does not decrease.

Unless event rules state otherwise, Titles do not provide prizes, ranking bonuses, or gameplay advantages.

13. Stamina

Each new Entry, including its Picks Pack, costs 1 Stamina.

  • Base Stamina is refilled to 5 each day at 00:00 Philippine Time.
  • The daily refill restores Stamina to 5; it does not add 5.
  • A player may use up to 10 Stamina per day.
  • The daily limit is calculated as Stamina already used that day plus the player’s current Stamina balance.
  • Once the limit is reached, the player may use any remaining Stamina but cannot claim additional Friend Stamina or receive Stamina from rewarded advertisements.
  • Spending Stamina does not free up additional daily capacity.
  • Daily Stamina usage resets at 00:00 Philippine Time.
  • Eligible rewarded advertisements provide 1 Stamina each, up to 2 per day, subject to the daily Stamina limit and availability.
  • Players may request and receive Stamina through the friend system. Sent Stamina must be claimed before it is added to the recipient’s balance.

A player may retain up to 10 unclaimed Friend Stamina items. If another item is received while 10 are already stored, the oldest unclaimed item is removed.

Stamina:

  • Has no cash value.
  • Cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account, refunded, or converted into Honor Points.
  • Is not deducted from a sender when the sender gives Stamina to a friend.

14. Friend Features

Players may search for others by GamerTag or Display Name and send friend invitations.

Each player may have up to 200 friends.

Friends may:

  • View public profiles and supported schools.
  • View Player Titles and public game records.
  • Request Stamina from friends or send Stamina in response to a friend’s request.
  • Remove each other as friends.

Removing a friend cancels outstanding requests, but Stamina successfully sent before removal may still be claimed.

Players must not use friend features for spam, harassment, fraud, impersonation, automation, or repeated benefits through multiple accounts.

15. Profiles, Sharing, and Notifications

Player profiles may display:

  • Display Name and GamerTag.
  • Profile picture.
  • Supported school.
  • Player Titles.
  • Honor Points and school contributions.
  • Stamina.
  • Other public game information.

Players may share an image of their profile using Share Profile. Shared information may be forwarded or captured by others, so players should not include sensitive information in public profile fields.

Campus Picks may send notifications about new Picks Games, lock times, unfinished Entries, results, Honor Points, rankings, friends, Stamina, schedule changes, or maintenance.

Notifications are reminders only. Failure to receive a notification does not extend a deadline, allow submitted Picks to be changed, or entitle the player to a Stamina return.

16. System Issues and Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for using a supported and updated device, maintaining a stable connection, and confirming successful submission before lock.

Stamina will not be returned when Picks are not completed or submitted because of player-side issues, including:

  • Network disconnection.
  • Closing or crashing the App.
  • Device shutdown or loss of power.
  • Failure to return before lock.
  • Failure to confirm successful submission.

Whether Picks were successfully submitted is determined by Campus Picks server records.

Campus Picks may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, data errors, security issues, server load, platform updates, or force majeure. Any compensation will depend on the actual impact.

17. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

Players must not:

  • Use Campus Picks, its accounts, Picks, results, rankings, friend features, or game data to organize, promote, accept, facilitate, or settle any bet or wager.
  • Offer or accept money, property, cryptocurrency, services, credits, or anything else of value based on a Campus Picks prediction or the result of a real-world sporting event.
  • Buy, sell, trade, or exchange Picks, predictions, Stamina, Honor Points, accounts, achievements, or ranking positions.
  • Act as a bookmaker, betting agent, intermediary, or collector of stakes through or in connection with Campus Picks.

If Campus Picks reasonably determines that an account has been used for gambling, wagering, bookmaking, selling Picks or game resources, or another prohibited activity, Campus Picks may remove related content and Honor Points, cancel ranking or event eligibility, restrict game features, suspend the account, or permanently terminate the account.

Campus Picks may also block associated accounts or devices and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary.

18. Account Deletion and Termination

Players may request account deletion at any time.

After a deletion request, the account enters a 30-day recovery period. The player may request in during that period to recover the account. After the recovery period, the account will be permanently anonymized and cannot be recovered.

After permanent deletion or termination:

  • Personal and login information may be removed or anonymized.
  • Honor Points and school contributions may be removed.
  • The player will no longer appear in applicable rankings.
  • Historical Picks may be retained for recordkeeping after being permanently disassociated from the player’s identity.

For additional information, see Campus Picks Account & Data Deletion.

19. Free-to-Play, No Gambling, and Game Resources

Campus Picks is a free-to-play sports prediction and campus engagement game. It does not accept or facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering.

Players do not pay money or provide anything of value to make Picks. Campus Picks does not accept stakes or deposits and does not pay winnings based on individual Picks or real-world sporting-event results.

Honor Points, Stamina, Hits, Titles, achievements, Picks, and ranking positions:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged between players.
  • Cannot be redeemed or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, property, services, credits, or anything else of value.
  • Do not represent stored value or a right to receive payment.
  • Do not guarantee eligibility for or receipt of a prize.

Campus Picks may separately offer promotional events involving prizes, drawings, coupons, or other benefits. These events will be governed by separate event rules, including eligibility, event periods, prize conditions, and claim procedures.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable event rules, promotional prizes do not require a bet, wager, stake, purchase, or payment.

Any use of Campus Picks for gambling, wagering, bookmaking, collecting stakes, selling Picks, or exchanging game results or resources for money or anything of value is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination under Section 17.

20. Rule Changes and Final Decisions

Campus Picks may update these Game Rules to reflect feature changes, game-mechanic adjustments, fairness improvements, corrections, new sports or schools, legal requirements, platform policies, or product updates.

Material changes will be announced through the App, official website, or another reasonable channel. Updated rules will state their version, effective date, and last updated date.

By continuing to use Campus Picks after updated rules take effect, players accept the revised rules.

Disputes may be reviewed using server records, official sporting-event data, system logs, submission records, App information, these Game Rules, and applicable event rules.

To the extent permitted by law, Campus Picks reserves the right to make the final decision regarding settlement, Honor Points, rankings, eligibility, and interpretation of these Game Rules.
